Little Lapin Music Video - Silent Tears
Post production for Little Lapin's music video is complete. We don't want to give too much away because the single and video haven't been released yet. What we can tell you is that the video looks great, and we had a great time working with Lucy (Little Lapin).
Music Video Winner
We have just had a meeting with our music video competition winner, Lucy Cioffi (Little Lapin). We love Lucy!!! She is bursting with enthusiasm for her upcoming video “Silent tears”. She even let us stick red dots all over her face while we had an impromptu motion tracking experiment. We don’t want to give away too much about her upcoming music video (not just yet), but you can check out her band page here to get an idea of Lucy's sound.
Music Video Competition
The Waikato Music Expo was a great success! At the expo we launched our new competition just in time for New Zealand Music month. Indiefilm is offering local and New Zealand artists a chance to win a music video - worth $2000.
The art of music video production
Like any kind of video production, creating a music video is very much like a team sport. Nobody can solely take credit for having an awesome win of a video because it is highly unlikely you can produce one by yourself. For me, it is the team aspect of video production combined with the creative and interesting clients that makes working on a music video so enjoyable.
